The KP hydraulic calibrating presses are intended for the cold, hot or warm calibration of parts. Options of automation devices for loading and unloading the parts, and die lubrication are offered.

Construction features:

• Rigid press frame depending on the press size may be multi or single piece
• Press head designed as oil reservoir with head cover to accommodate the compact press drive
• Depending on press size and speed one or more variable delivery axial piston pumps are mounted on the press head
• Forged press cylinder and piston with honed or ground surfaces
• Programmable control system with operator guidance, product data administration and modem for remote diagnostics
• Depending on requirement, positioning control system for the flexible programming of press sequence and close thickness control without fixed stops
