QKW Cross-wedge roll: Cross-wedge rolls are utilised for pre-forming of round billets for subsequent forging, as well as for the near-net-shape production of stepped shafts, and similar symmetrical parts.

The rolls driven by two electronically synchronised high torque motors and coupled with low gear reduction ensure highly accurate dynamics and control.
