The hydraulic powder metal press type MPP combines the versatility of hydraulic presses with the rugged design and familiarity of operation that mechanical presses have demonstrated to the powder metal industry.

MPP presses are designed with multiple platens, with up to three additional platens in the top and bottom of the adapter or tool frame.

Construction features:

• Multiple platen technology allows up to 9 parts to be produced per stroke
• Mechanical press stops ensure repeatable press positions
• Central loading of the press forces within the tool frame results in minimum deflection
• Synchronisation of all axes to within     0.01 mm by servo-hydraulic CNC control system
